The MeetingRoom service offers different meeting room sizes and a conference room for various types of events. In combination with the rest of our services, the fully equipped meeting rooms undoubtedly leave good professional image impression to your clients and business partners. We serve beverages from our café within the meting room, while complete catering is available upon request. The meeting rooms seat 4-14 persons, and the conference room seats 20-60.
Meeting room for 4-6 persons
Prestigious location
The meeting rooms are situated at a prestigious location on the 6th floor of the VMD Business Center within the Radnička/Vukovarska Street business zone.

Internet connection
Each room has an Internet connection with unlimited traffic.
Audio/video equipment
The meeting rooms are equipped with large TV screens, while the conference room is equipped with a projector, 5-channel speakers and a microphone.
Notice for the participants
30 minutes before the meeting, the screen behind the reception desk will display the logo of the client who leased a room or the hall, including an appropriate welcome note entered by the user at reservation, so the persons arriving at the meeting would know they are in the right place. The same logo and text will also appear on the screens next to the meeting room/conference room.

Conference room
The conference room has four configuration options. A classic school configuration will take 20 participants, desks in 5 rows configuration will provide comfortable work with 28 attendants, "U" shape for 24-44 and a desk-free configuration can accept 59 participants. All configurations provide enough space for 4 lecturers.

The rooms are leased for one hour or several hours, half a day or the whole day.
